Muvia Industrial

What gets built with Muvia Industrial.

Machines, lines and plants, industry by industry: the field's signals, how they connect, what comes out of them. Every video is the real product, recorded on a project with sample data.

Industry

Automotive

2 cases

OEE and losses on stamping and welding lines

The counters of presses and welding cells become OEE shift by shift and the six big losses, computed every morning by a function your team writes. When a press slows down after a die change, the dashboard colours it before the week is lost.

Manufacturing and machinery

6 cases

    Process quality and traceability

Process parameters from the PLC, lots from the line database, orders and scrap from the ERP, all in the same engine. Every lot has its process history, and an alarm goes off when a parameter leaves its window while the lot is being made.

The control chart that warns you first

Weighings from the checkweigher become an X̄-R chart with 3σ limits and the Western Electric rules, recalculated at every shift change. A worn nozzle shows up hours before the scrap does, and Cpk shift by shift tells you where to act.

    Connected machines for machine builders

Every machine you sell carries a Muvia node, and every customer gets a company of its own, kept apart from the others. Your service team follows the whole fleet with one login, and each customer gets dashboards and reports on their machine.

A measurement campaign from the edge node

An edge node acquires the load, vibration and temperature of a compressor installed offshore every second, and Muvia analyses them as they arrive. Overlaid load steps and correlations tell you the same day what drives the bearing: the load or the motion of the sea.

The shop floor in 3D, next to its numbers

The 3D model of the shop floor sits in the dashboard, next to the numbers that matter: output, availability, scrap, energy per kg and pressures against their limits. Every element of the model carries its machine's name, and the data updates while the lines run.

    The plant graph

Site, lines, machines and components become models and assets nested inside one another, with manuals and reports next to the machine. From the machine, the Project Map leads to the datasets and dashboards that use it, and Athena answers by reading its documents.

Energy, utilities and offshore

5 cases

    Anomalies and predictive maintenance

Vibration, temperature and current read from the PLC become a deviation from normal, a health index and, if you want, a score from a model of your own, in the cloud or on the node next to the machine. When a signal drifts, an alarm goes off and maintenance hears about it.

Energy use per line and per piece

Meters and power analysers read over Modbus TCP, joined with the pieces produced and the orders in the ERP: how much energy each line, each shift and each piece takes, with an alarm when consumption looks out of the ordinary.

    The pumping station in 3D

Pump hall, sump, headers and tanks in the 3D model, every machine carrying its asset's name and its signals alongside. You search for a pump by name, see it in the model and read its vibration against the manual's limits, next to that of its twin.

    From tag names to assets

Five hundred control-system tags, with names such as KP2_P201A_VT01, read by a Python function the way a technician would read them: machine code, instrument, unit. Every match to an asset variable comes with a confidence and a reason, and the doubtful ones go to a person.

The storm, as the moorings felt it

Waves, platform motion and mooring tensions arrive every minute. A Python function computes the significant wave height and the fatigue of each line every half hour, so after a storm you know which mooring worked hardest, and by how much.

Tell us which machines you run. We'll tell you how to read them.

PLC brand, protocol, how the floor is connected: with those three answers, in a demo with one of our engineers, we show you how Muvia Industrial puts line data next to the rest of the business.
