Decisions made on numbers everyone trusts. Without a data project.
Muvia is the BI, AI and machine learning platform that brings together the data in your ERP, your CRM and your spreadsheets and puts it in front of the people who decide: dashboards, the Monday report, alarms when something leaves its limits, and an assistant you can ask questions. You start from one question and one source, and grow from there.
- One product, one contract
- Data, dashboards, reports, alarms and an AI assistant together, instead of five tools to wire up to each other.
- Data hosted in Milan
- In the AWS Milan cloud region, with a separate database for every company.
- An Italian vendor
- Muvia is a product of Superduck S.r.l.
What changes, in moments you already know.
You don't have to imagine a different company. Five moments that come round every week or every month are enough.
| The moment | Today | With Muvia |
|---|---|---|
| The Monday meeting | TodayEveryone brings their own file. Half the meeting goes on working out why the numbers don't match. | With MuviaThe report arrives as a PDF on Monday morning, for everyone, from the same data. The meeting is about what to do, not which number is right. |
| The month-end close | TodayInvoices from the ERP, costs from another database, the budget in a spreadsheet, all stitched together by hand. The margin is known once the month is over. | With MuviaInvoices, costs and budget already sit together and refresh with every copy. The gap to budget shows during the month, while there is still time to act. |
| Extraction requests to IT | TodayEvery new question becomes a ticket. The answer arrives once the question has moved on. | With MuviaPeople who know SQL query the data themselves, read-only. People who don't ask Athena, the AI assistant, and see the query behind its answer. |
| Spreadsheets that disagree | TodayThree files with the same name and three different totals. Nobody remembers which formula is the right one. | With MuviaThe definition of margin is written once, in a query and a dataset with stable fields. Every number can be traced back to the source it comes from. |
| The customer who stops ordering | TodayThe drop shows up in the year-end revenue, when the customer has already gone. | With MuviaAn alarm flags when a customer's orders fall below their usual pattern, while it is happening, and someone takes it on. |
The same numbers, a different gain for every role.
Muvia is not a tool for the data team alone. Every department works on the same numbers, in the way it needs them.
Leadership
The CEO, the general manager, whoever has to decide on Monday morning.
- Margins, sales and stock with one definition that is the same for everyone: in the dashboard, in the report and in the assistant's answers.
- The Monday report arrives by email as a PDF, at the same time every week, without anyone having to prepare it.
- A new question doesn't wait for an extraction: you ask Athena and see the query behind its answer.
Finance and control
The CFO, management accounting, credit control and treasury.
- The close starts from invoices, costs and budget already in one place, not from three extractions to stitch together.
- Every number in a report traces back to its field, its query and its source. When someone asks where it comes from, the answer is there.
- Invoices at risk of late payment, scored by your own team's model, reach credit control in a dashboard rather than a file.
Sales
Sales leadership, sales operations, area managers.
- The CRM pipeline sits next to orders and invoices from the ERP, so conversion is measured on what was actually invoiced.
- The customer who is ordering less surfaces while it is happening, with an alarm someone takes on.
- Targets, pipeline and revenue by area and by rep come from one dataset for everyone: the meeting is about customers, not extractions.
Operations and supply chain
Logistics, purchasing, planning and the warehouse.
- Today's shipments, stock and orders on a wall screen in the warehouse, up to date without anyone exporting them.
- Demand forecasts built by your data scientist run every night: a stock-out shows in the forecast cover, not on the empty shelf.
- With Muvia Industrial, machine data lands in the same place as orders and quality.
IT
The people who connect the systems, keep them secure and field the data requests.
- No data warehouse to design or keep running: Muvia builds its own tables from the sources and runs in the cloud, in the AWS Milan region.
- Source systems stay as they are: Muvia reads them on a schedule, incrementally, over an encrypted connection, and analysis never runs on the ERP's database.
- Fewer extraction requests: people query the data themselves, read-only, with the roles and permissions you decide.
Data science
Data scientists and analysts who build models.
- Governed data to start from, with stable fields, readable from your own Jupyter through the read-only REST API.
- A model trained wherever you prefer, as ONNX or joblib, runs in Muvia on a schedule, next to the data.
- The results land in dashboards, alarms and reports, in front of the people who decide.
It grows with the company. What you built stays standing.
The first dashboard is a beginning. Another source, a new branch, a new line get added when you need them, on top of what is already there.
- A new source is not a project
- Connect the database, the app or the file and Muvia creates its own tables from the source's columns. No schema to design, no migration.
- Your systems stay as they are
- Muvia reads the source and keeps a copy. Nothing changes in your ERP, and analysis never runs on its database.
- New data arrives on its own
- With incremental copies, only new or changed rows come over. When a new column appears in a connected database, Muvia adds it.
- Dashboards don't break
- Dashboards and reports are bound to stable fields: rename a column or rewrite the query and they stay standing.
- Machines too, when they come
- With Muvia Industrial, another machine or another signal is new data, not a database change. Signals can even be declared before the machine is installed.
Not everything sorts itself out: if a column is dropped or changes type in the source database, that source's copy stops until someone fixes it, rather than loading half the data. New columns in a file are added when you choose to.
You start from a question, not a project.
No data warehouse to design before you see the first number. One real question, the source that holds the answer, and you grow from there.
1
Pick the question
One that costs hours of spreadsheet work today: margin by customer, stock below minimum, the customers ordering less.
2
Connect the source that holds the answer
Often it's the ERP, sometimes the CRM or a file. Muvia copies its data; the system stays as it is.
3
Put the answer where it's needed
A dashboard, the Monday report by email, an alarm when the number leaves its limits.
4
Add the next question
With its own source, whenever you like. The model, queries and dashboards you already built stay and get reused.
Four questions, followed from the source to the dashboard.
All use cases- Margins and management accountingInvoices and costs sit in the ERP, customers and sales reps in the CRM, the budget in a spreadsheet. In Muvia they become one margin by customer and by product, with the Monday report and an alarm when the numbers drift from budget.
- Demand and stock forecastingSales history and stock levels are already in the ERP. Your data scientist builds a forecasting model with scikit-learn; Muvia runs it every night next to the data and puts forecast, actual sales and understock in front of the people who reorder.
- Sales and pipelineThe CRM knows what is being negotiated; the ERP knows what was ordered and invoiced. Muvia joins them: pipeline and conversion with one definition, the customers who are ordering less, and Athena answering the sales team's questions.
- Data science on company dataYour data scientist trains wherever they like, in their own Jupyter with their own tools. Muvia gives them governed data to start from, runs the model on a schedule next to the data, and puts the scores into dashboards, alarms and reports.
For technical teams
Your IT team will want to know which sources connect, how data is copied, where it lives and who can see it. The answers are here.
- How the platform worksSupported sources, incremental copies, datasets, SQL, dashboards, alarms, API and webhooks.
- Data science and machine learningPython functions with pandas and scikit-learn, ONNX or joblib models run next to the data.
- SecurityA database per company, two-step verification, passkeys, custom roles and an activity log.
- Developer APIA read-only REST API with API keys and signed webhooks, to bring Muvia's data into your own systems.
