An assistant that is not verified connects under the name it gives itself, without the «Verificato» mark on the consent page. Scripts and integrations with no user in front of them use a connector key.

With the proposal permission, a write by an assistant normally becomes a proposal, and nothing changes until a person approves it.

- Assistants' proposals sit in «To approve», next to Athena's, with the name of the assistant and of whoever connected it.
- Autonomy by kind
- An administrator can choose, kind of change by kind, whether to ask for confirmation or run straight away. Confirmation is the usual starting point.
- Machines stay with a person
- Actions on a machine, and the changes Muvia always has confirmed, always wait for a person in Muvia.
The administrator stays in control.
- On when it is needed
- The AI connectors module and the administrator's switch are both required. While either is missing, no assistant connects.
- Which assistants are admitted
- Usually only the verified ones. An administrator can admit any registered assistant, or choose a specific list.
- Revocation
- Each person sees and revokes their own connections; an administrator sees and revokes all of them. A revoked connection stops working on the next call.
