Every alarm has an owner and a history
The register gathers the alarm episodes of the project's flows. Who took each in charge, how it was classified and what was written stays next to the episode.

Register entry
Taken in charge. Checking the threshold with maintenance.
Illustrative example
From signal to decision, in writing
One episode per alarm
Each alarm is an episode with a start, a duration and a level: warning or alarm, high or low.
Acknowledgement
See at once what is open and what nobody has taken in charge yet, and switch between all, open and to be acknowledged.
Classification and notes
Mark whether it was real, a false alarm, maintenance or a test, and write what happened.
Mentions
In a note, mention the colleagues who may acknowledge alarms; the mention reaches their notifications.
How the register works
- 01
A flow opens the episode
An alarm flow in the Lab reads a variable, compares it with the threshold and opens an episode when it is crossed.
- 02
Someone takes it in charge
Whoever has write permission on alarms takes it in charge, classifies it and adds a note.
- 03
The register stays
Every entry has its author and time, in the order it was written, even once the episode's data is no longer in the history.

Frequently asked questions

Anyone with the Alarms › Write permission. Everyone else can read the register.
Yes: from the episode you can open Athena with the alarm's facts and the register already filled in. Athena proposes causes and names its sources, or says the data is not enough.
