Your integrations read the data, without a password

Illustrative example
Programmatic access, with the right brakes
Read-only
The public API exposes the company, its projects, datasets and their rows. There is no way to write.
Its own permissions
Each key has its own permissions, chosen from the ones you hold. It does not act as the person who issued it.
Always expires
Every key has an expiry, from 1 to 3650 days (90 unless you change it). Revoke it whenever you like and it stops working at once.
Shown once
The full key appears only at creation and Muvia keeps just its fingerprint: if you lose it, you issue another.
From key to first request
- 01
Issue the key
Give it a name, choose its permissions and its lifetime. The administration permission is required.
- 02
Send it with every request
In the X-Api-Key header. The API's OpenAPI contract is published and can be browsed.
- 03
Watch its use
The list shows each key's status, expiry and last use, and you can revoke in one go the keys a person issued.

The key keeps working: it is independent of the person. That is why it always expires, and why you can revoke every key a person issued in one go.
No: a key's permissions are chosen by type of access and apply to the whole company.
