Deliveries under control

  • Recipients and text

Choose the addresses, the subject and the body of the mail. The same channel serves several reports.

  • Muvia mail or your server

Send from Muvia's own address, with no server to set up, or from your own SMTP server with its credentials.

  • Mail language

The words the mail adds by itself, such as when the links expire, are in Italian or in English.

  • List of sends

For each channel you see the sends with outcome, report and time, and you can filter those that failed.

How a channel is set up

  1. 01

    Create the channel

Give it a name, add the recipients and choose how the mail is sent.

  2. 02

    Attach it to a report

When you set up a report's delivery, pick the channels it goes out through.

  3. 03

    Check the sends

After each run, the list of sends shows whether the mail went out or failed.
