Find anything in the project with ⌘K
After a year a project holds dozens of dashboards, queries, datasets and notebooks, and finding the right one means remembering where it lives. With ⌘K one word is enough: Muvia searches the whole project, groups the results by type and opens the one you pick in a click.
Illustrative scenario: it describes a typical case, not a customer project.
The right dashboard exists. The problem is remembering where.
A project grows: dashboards for every department, saved queries, datasets, monthly notebooks. A few months in, finding the analysis someone mentioned in a meeting means scrolling menus, opening three wrong pages or asking whoever built it.
One search that looks across the whole project and takes you straight to the object changes how people work more than any reshuffle of the menus.
- Who it's for
- Everyone who uses Muvia every day: analysts, management accounting, function heads; the data team that builds and maintains the projects.

What you get
- One key, the whole project
- Dashboards, analyses, queries and notebooks are found from the same place, without remembering which menu holds them.
- Including what others made
- Colleagues' work and Athena's turn up just like your own, if your role allows it.
- Fewer duplicates
- Before rebuilding a query, one word tells you whether it already exists.
- Only what you can open
- Search respects roles and permissions: it never shows objects the person searching cannot access.
For the technical team
How it is built in Muvia
- 1
Use names people search for
The team names dashboards, queries and notebooks the way people call them: "Margins by region", not "final_query_v3". The words in the name are what ⌘K finds.
- 2
Press ⌘K anywhere
From any page, ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows) opens the search. With nothing typed, it shows recently opened objects.
- 3
Type one word
Results come grouped by type: dashboards, analyses, queries, datasets, notebooks. Each is searched with its own search, within the selected project.
- 4
Open it in one click
Enter or a click and the object is open. People only see what their role lets them open.
- The data it needs
- The project's dashboards and saved analyses
- Queries, datasets and notebooks in the Lab
- Data Lake measures and where they are used
- Sources, scheduled reports and conversations with Athena
More cases in this line
All use cases- Data science on company dataYour data scientist trains wherever they like, in their own Jupyter with their own tools. Muvia gives them governed data to start from, runs the model on a schedule next to the data, and puts the scores into dashboards, alarms and reports.
- Athena: from a question to a query and a notebookOne question in plain language and the work is done: Athena saves the query in the Lab, writes the notebook with the ranking and the conclusion, and explains from the data what happened. Everything stays in the project, can be checked, and is one keystroke away.
- Data from business systems, checked before useFiles, databases and online services connect from one catalogue, and each becomes a table with no schema to design. Before the data reaches a report, written rules keep the bad rows out and set them aside in quarantine with the reason.
